Home Sweet Home Property Management

Step 1: You must see the home you want to rent.
Step 2: Submit an application online and pay your application fee of $35.00 per person.
Step 3: If you have been approved you must have your PUD Slip, Any Utilities Put into your name, Full Months Rent and Deposit at time of Move-In.

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR KEYS UNTIL YOU HAVE SIGNED YOUR LEASE AND WE HAVE VERIFIED. 


Washington Rental Application Disclosure


The following information that is checked will provide the basis on which the Landlord will make the decision to either rent or not rent the property to you:

 _XX_ Prior Rental History: Landlord will verify your prior rental history using the information you have provided on the rental application.  Failure to provide requested information, providing inaccurate information or the information received upon contacting prior landlords will influence the Landlord’s decision to rent the property to you.

 _XX_ Credit History: The Landlord will obtain a credit report from a Credit Reporting Agency, commonly called a credit report.  This will verify your credit history.  The Landlord’s decision to rent the property to you may be based on the information received from this report.  If you rental application is denied due to the information contained in your credit report, you will be notified.

 _XX_Criminal History: The Landlord will perform a criminal history investigation in order to verify the information you have provided on the rental application.   Landlord’s decision to rent the property to you may be influenced by information contained in the criminal investigation.

 _XX_Current Income:  The landlord may ask for verification of your income as provided in the rental application.  The rent amount of the property, the sufficiency of your income along with your ability to verify the income, may influence the Landlord’s decision to rent the property to you.

 _XX_ Failure to Provide Accurate Information: Failing to provide accurate information in rental application or should your information be unverifiable will be considered by the Landlord when making the decision to the rent the property to you.

Signing this acknowledgment indicates that you have had the opportunity to review the landlord’s tenant selection criteria.  The tenant selection criteria.  The tenant selection criteria may include factors such as criminal history, credit history, current income, and history.  If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected and your application may be rejected and your application fee will NOT be refunded.

If screening report from third party was used to determine your eligibility, you have the right to ask the landlord for a free copy of the report.
